STEP 2- Analysis
Once your email request has been received and reviewed, your site will be analyzed according to established WebCheck guidelines to ensure it complies with our usability Check-up. Your Web site will be analyzed on two dimensions: Design Effectiveness and Site Performance.

The Design effectiveness analysis of your site will focus on your site's overall effectiveness in areas such as:

· Home Page Effectiveness
· Navigation
· Design and Layout
· Overall Content
· Site Links
· Trust and Privacy Policy
· Loan and Product Application
· Online Banking Design

The focus will not be on what is good design vs. bad design, but rather on key elements that contribute to an effective Web presence.

The Site Performance analysis of your site will focus on measurable attributes that can affect the overall performance of your site such as:

· Browser Compatibility
· Down Load Performance
· URL Design

STEP 3- Scoring and Recommendations
Each element will be reviewed in detail and rated according to its overall effectiveness. You will be provided with an overall site rating. Areas for improvement will be highlighted and recommendations for an improved user experience will be made. The analysis will be summarized in a detailed color report.

STEP 4- Delivery
Once the report is complete, you will receive a copy in two formats: a PDF file by e-mail and a hardcopy by mail. Additional hardcopies are available for a minimal fee. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks to complete the analysis. Please feel free to contact WebCheck at any time with any questions you may have
